Nature of services

cloudnetworksolutions provides application analytics consulting: event dictionary rebuilds, conversion path mapping, metric ownership clinics, and release analytics guards. Fees and timelines on this site are informational. Final scope is set in a written quote or engagement letter. This site does not offer online payment or checkout.

Engagements and delivery

Clients provide reasonable access to analytics tooling, sample environments, documentation, and decision-makers. If missing access or data prevents delivery, we may adjust scope, schedule, or fees after notice.

Intellectual property

Upon payment as agreed, clients receive a licence to use delivered dictionaries, reports, and workshop materials for internal product and engineering purposes. Materials may not be resold or presented as a warranty to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential product plans, event schemas, user-related aggregates, and commercial information learned during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Analytics outcomes depend on client instrumentation, product changes, and third-party tools. We perform work with professional care but do not guarantee specific growth, retention, or revenue results. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

Do not disrupt the site, scrape content for misleading comparisons, or misuse contact forms. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeonggi-do have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
